Pain in the upper part of my knees
I've been experiencing pain in the upper part of my knee for several months now. I've consulted a doctor for that and was given Pain killers for the problem. The pain was relieved while I was having the medication but it has started again. I'm sure it's not a pain in the bone, but the muscle just above the knee cap. It's hard for me to squat and get up due to this pain. The pain was there in one leg initially but now both the knees experience pain. I've not experienced any injuries in sports or anything. I'm still not sure why this pain is caused and I guess an improper shoe I used to wear sometime ago would be the reason for this. I'm still now sure. Please help me to understand and relive this pain. It is really frustrating.
