Pain lower back
I think my anterior pelvic is tilted and when i do deadlifts in gym i get a pain and i cant crack my left lower back and my knee also pop& cracks

Hello, this is a very common issue nowadays for gym people. Pls visit a Mckenzie Physiotherapist for detailed evaluation of your spine. Correct exercises and posture instructions during gym , will definitely help. All the best
