I was doing some dumbbell workout but after a day there was a needle pinching pain whenever I used my arm for pulling or pushing the pain is mainly between the bone protruding out (olecranon)&tricep muscle . I have been using crepe bandage to contract and restrict my elbow movement which hasn't shown me any significant recovery.
Kindly guide me through

Elbow Exercise: Bend Your Elbow Completely Hold for 5 Seconds Then Extend it Completely Again Hold for 5 Seconds. 20 Times.
Three Times A Day.
Avoid Any Strenuous Activities from This Hand for A Week.

It looks like strain you should visit a Physio near you and take ultrasound pulsed mode and also can do taping that will help in resorting mobility with less pain.
Hot water fermentation will be helpfull to be done at home thrice a day in relaxing muscles, do not try to put presuure untill it completely loosens. If possible take Ultrasound therapy at nearest physiotherapy center for 4 days.
The pain will reduce and gaining back strength to triceps and elbow muscles will be easy.
1. At the sight Use cold pack s or ice cube massage twice or thrice a day.
2. Give rest / immobilisation for a week . Crepe or elbow band can be used.
3.If u still had swelling / echmosis / with severe pain restricting movement s .
Consult an orthopedician.
4. U didn't specified Ur body wt,built ,diet ,since ,how long Ur doing or suddenly u started .
