Pain originating from Lower back
Whenever I do some exercise related to glutes I feel some pain in both the leg which originates from lower back or( buttocks ) going downwards to the leg.I also feel this pain whenever I sit idle for some time or after waking up.This pain doesnt allow me to stand straight.Which type of problem can it be and which type of doctor should I see?

Hi, can you list the exercises so that I can help you. Also post the video of exercise, usually there's soreness but if you do exercise the wrong way back might hurt. Correcting the technique might help if that's he reason. Please consult online for further assistance. Thank you.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Your lumbar is not in its normal anatomy .have one x ray to identify the problem .then bring the lumbar in to normal alignments and do the exercise.lumbar muscle stiff also one of the cause.
