Panic anxiety medicines are reliable?
For panic and anxiety is it required to take medicine? I have consulted doctor and I was prescribed medicine. After taking one time last night, today I am feeling my hands are shaking. This is very scary. Is medicine really needed to treat anxiety or panic disorders?? These medicines are scaring me. I never experienced this kind of trembling of fingers or speech. I don't want to call new big problems while treating an existing smaller problem. Medicine taken was clonazepam 0.25 mg.

Hi, I can understand it is very scary and worrisome for you . It is very confusing for you to make a choice whether to take medicine or not . I can say one think that if you trust your doctor then you have to keep faith in his / her way of treatment also .... U can take therapy alternatively But if anxiety is sever aid of medicine is a good option But take both for maximum affect Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counselling All the best

Not necessarily.. You can consult a psychological Counselor for a therapy /Counselling.. You can overcome the Anxiety by having deeper understanding about yourself and by learning to handle those situations..
