Panic attacks and generalized anxiety
Going through daily panic attacks, Lot of catastrophic thoughts every morning and evening. I was born with anxiety because as a kid I've been scared of things no normal kids are generally scared of. My adult anxiety started in 2008 when one doctor admitted me in ICU for heart issues while there were none, but after that episode I became concious of every body symptoms and started visiting doctors until one doctor scolded me and asked to consultant a psychiatrist. psychiatrist gave me anxiety medication which worked for some time but it never gone fully, then bodybuilding entered my life and literally lifted me out of all pains, Iam now addicted to my workout and bodybuilding, but no complaints, it made my daily life much better, but now this pandemic has screwed all that effort of past years and I feel like I need to go back to pills, intense waves of fear grip me and I feel like screaming for help. I'm ashamed I need daily assurances, I look muscular but can't help anyone, ashamed.

Hi, you have been suffering from anxiety since you were a kid. At one point you suffered from severe anxiety that could have been health anxiety. I understand you have been suffering from anxiety for a long time. I understand it can be tough to cope with the current COVID situation. Do not worry you can consult a psychologist who will help and guide you with ways to manage anxiety and feel calm. You can consult a psychiatrist as well. Privious years you have done a lot for your anxiety not only you worked out but also you consulted psychiatrist also .....here I feel u need right guidance Anxiety and panic attack are mental disorder and  happen due to some chemical imbalance in the brain and faulty thinking style Right now U can do Rhythmic muscle relaxation technique for reducing your anxiety.... continue your exercise...it will help u To improve completely u need pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy both together

Dear you, You show strength of conviction.  And there is sincerity in your words. There is unresolved truama probably with one of your parent. Your memory have forgotten it but body remembers. I would strongly suggest you seek couple counselling. Your spouse can become your strength in these times. And in mean time. Stand in sun morning and evening.
