From your questions I assume you are married and are trying to have a pregnancy. PCOD is a disease which is due to hormonal imbalance and the best treatment of this is to become pregnant. But in women with PCOD first it has to be diagnosed. Just seeing polycystic ovaries on ultrasound is NOT diagnosis. It seems you were advised by a doctor to get follicle scan done from 11th day of cycle. There was NO dominant follicle on 11th day as per your data. But this is the not end of the road. You may need medicines to stimulate good ovulation and these are given just after start of menses.
Next Steps
So visit a Gynecologist on D1,2 of menses and seek help. You wil be given tests, medicines and folicular ultrasound study repeated to ascertain that ovulation is hapenning. And dont worry, you are Just 23, you will surely conceive., Just give yourself and the treatment some time.
