I've been detected with pcod Only problem is my vit D level is just 5 units plus I had chikengunya too n then m over weight, my bones my body can't really take it anymore n I even face difficulty in walking now cuz of pain in the bones so physical activity any kinda work out is a complete no-no.. Plz suggest is liposuction a good idea to cut down fat as it's important to do so if detected with pcod to bring things back on track and then I'll able to indulge in daily workout as well

too many complications, You need one on one consultation there are many ways to lose but what is permanent is diet & exercise liposuction can give you a boost but it is not the solution for weight loss
