I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I have been on diet and exercise but I can't lose weight like I normally should.
Last week a doctor said that I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease and said the only way to get rid of the pain that it's causing down right side of my stomach and leg is to lose weight.
I'm trying hard but I don't know what to do. I don't know what I should eat and what I shouldn't, I'm starving most of the time.
My physical health is also taking a toll on my mental health. I'm always in pain and depression is taking over me.

PCOS is not a disease in itself but a syndrome, which means it's a cluster of diseases like 1.high cholesterol,
2. fatty liver,
3. obesity,
4.hypertension,
5.diabetes,
6.vitamin D and multi-vitamin and mineral deficiencies etc.
Because of these, weight loss becomes difficult and it needs to be figured out what is causing your weight gain. So we design the PCOD diet in such a manner, which not only helps in reducing weight but also alleviates above mentioned problems and associated problems like excessive facial hair, complexion, irregular periods by balancing your hormones like testosterone and estrogen thru diet
