I am prescribed to take Norethisterone tablets for 6months. Does this tablets has any side effects? Can it help my pcos condition?

Pcos is a life style disorder ,therefore you need a correction on diet ,excercise and medication . Kindly share your USG and other reports to further advise you on the right medications
