Pelvic tilt hamstring
I have been doing regular exercise but I have noticed that my hamstring are tight and I have regular stiffness in my entire back. I feel my legs aren't much flexibility. I do back exercises daily. I used to have terrible back pain which has reduced but stiffness hasn't gone yet. I read about pelvic tilt which I think is what I am having because of which I feel huge tension when i stretch my legs or hamstring. Please suggest me. Would chiropractic therapy help ? Or would exercising only can help me fix the pelvic tilt.
