Period returned or inernal bleeding?

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, I am a 33-year-old British female (no chance of pregnancy, no drugs, alcohol problems/ odd cigarette but not in the last 5 days. I am starting to recovering from Bulimia Nervosa (started at 16 yrs old) For the last 5 days have not binged or purged and I have increased my weight from 50kg (5ft 6 ) to 54kg in 5 days. I am trying to stay strong. Belly is extremely bloated, I feel exausted. it looks like my period is back or is it internal bleeding? I havn't menstrated since 2007! Thank you
