Periods delayed and USG report attached
Hi Doctor,
My last natural periods were on Feb 10th. In March, I had done unprotected intercourse and from that time, my periods have become irregular. I had some UPTs and all were Negative.. Then in April, I had deviry and got withdrawal bleeding for 5 days.
Then in May cycle, again my periods have not come till today. So I am attaching my USG Report and please tell me what could be the possible reason? And can we rule out the pregnancy now?

Ur ultrasound report show polycyctic overies so ur ovulation process not happened. Due to hormones imbalance, therefore ur period irregular.
It need hormones pills that make ur period regular.

Hi. The scan report shows Pcos . That is the reason for delayed periods . You can start tab primolut N 5mg twice daily for 5 days for withdrawl bleeding .
