Periods got delayed by 5 days
Hi, my wife and i have been trying for baby since last 6 months but nothing is happening, we are trying alternate days method. This month her periods is delayed by 5 days and in her case periods never got delayed till now, pregnancy kit showed negative result. And there is some white discharge in the urine. She had a miscarriage in September 2016 so waited for six months as per doc suggestion. As her date according to her is 26, she got one red clotting on 26 but no regular bleeding and no pain only white discharge. Please suggest what to do? Also we have been trying alternate day method for pregnancy, is it the right method?

Firstly u should get a betahcg blood pregnancy test done to confirm whether it was a pregnancy which miscarried or some other issue ,post that she should have a normal cycle and alternate day method can work .you may also get a USG done to see for any other pathology.
