Is implantation bleeding watery or is it thick? Can u differentiate it? And if it continues for 4 days in continuity what is it?

We can't differentiate it is implantation bleeding or ovulation bleeding.If bleeding was continued for 4 days it was ovulation  bleeding and thin watery feeling that time.
