Hello..
There are 2 important things to be done..
- ask your doctor if they can give u any phosphate binding medicine..so that it helps to lower the phosphate to some level.
-Avoid poultry, fish, nuts, peanut butter, dried beans, cola, tea, and dairy products as they r high in phosphorus.
