I hv been piles nd files since oct 2016 after my delivry .. tell me is gynaecoligist give the treatmnt in piles also.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
No. Piles is to be handled by a general surgeon and not a gynaecologist.
Here is what you can try.
1. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
2. Have high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
3. If you are overweight, then lose weight.
4. Do not strain for stools and do not lift heavy objects.
5. No smoking /alcohol/coffee/tea.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
