Please help with Weight Reducing Plans
Hi Doctor, I am 5'4" in height and weigh 80kgs.. which is clearly over weight, tried doing Deiting, Gym, small exercises in house, etc.. nothing worked for me. Also I have developed belly fat and suddenly my waist size increased by 3 inches due to which all my pants have become so tight now. Is there a safe way to reduce my weight permanently without any side effects? Please help me get over this and be healthy/active again.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Hello sir Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening  . Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Start taking cinnamon water , Do crunches, squating, jogging Drink more of plenty water Take more of fiber in your meal Use skimmed milk and its product.. Take more of vegetables..

take more of whole fruits, avoid tetra pack juices, avoid mango, banana, grapes, sapota, colacassia, potatoes, change your oil every 3 months do not sit after taking meal you can have almonds and walnut but not to ne soaked in water

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
