Some women the ovulation occurs but follicle does not rupture and if it occurs in many cycles these follicles occupy space and can be seen as uncultured follicles which lead to delay and irregularity in cycles .it needs treatment depending on symptoms

Means that there are many small follicles in your ovaries lined up at the periphery which are not growing upto the point where they can ovulate. You may experience irregular periods due to it. Treatment required/ not will depend on your symptoms.
