Possibly anxiety
For about a month I have had new symptoms that I have never experienced before. I am very unsteady dizzy feeling. My vision has become closed feeling. I feel detached from myself a lot. Mid right side of back always has pain in it i thought it was my lungs but they don't have pain receptors from what I have read. My head always feel full and bobble headed.

I can understand your concern.
Stop thinking much.
You need to consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
And if everything ok from his side, consult a MD consultant physician in person.
