Am 7months pregnant.. Can I take milk and iron tablet in nite together.. As they say iron n calcium tablets should not be taken together and milk is said to have calcium content in it so am worried that can I take iron tablet nite after dinner and then have milk..

Iron tablet should be taken in brkfast.

Have milk in morning and iron tablet in night. Bit u should take complete diet routine

The best method to take iron supplements is with a source of vitamin C like a glass of orange juice. Iron supplements should never be taken with calcium supplement or food sources as they tend to block the optimum absorption of iron. Have it post breakfast is my suggestion. eg: if you have poha for your breakfast squeeze some lemon juice to increase its vit c content.

No not at all. Iron tablets are not meant to be taken with milk or any other calcium drink. Instead take tablets with orange or lime juice
