Hi Since you are in your third trimester..it can be normal for you to have cravings for foods... Always have good food options readily kept at hand when you have food cravings, like consuming fruits whenever you have cravings, or vegetable salad, fruit salad etc..or you can have home made ragi balls also when you have craving..keep something ready at hand...as and when you feel craved immediately have fruits, or ragi or something which is home made and nutritious too for you and your baby.. It's ok once a while if you ate ajinamoto, but don't have it often...or don't have it again.. You can have any foods of your liking provided if they are home made and should be nutrient dense.. Have good amount of fiber to put constipation at control, have enough water, enough sleep and rest, good high biological valu plant based proteins, moderate amount of milk and milk products, nuts, whole grain cereals, chincken soups and oily fish, seeds, egg whites, Dals etc... As a whole a well balanced diet is very essential and increase your food intake by extra 10% more to meet the demands of the growing foetus.. For further details contact through practo for a detailed analysis...and for a customized diet session. Thankyou
Next Steps
Have something when you feel craved like a fruit salad, or whole fruit, veg salad, ragi balls, etc...anything that is home made..which gives satiety to you..
Health Tips
Obtain small frequent meals many times a day, have enough hydration, enough sleep, good amount of fiber, drink milk both morning and evening, daily light exercises like walking , exposure to sun, intake of plant based proteins like all variety dals, legumes etc...seasonal fruits and vegetables..
