Pregnancy problem
I am 7weeks pregnant yesterday went for sonography there is a fetal pole and yolk sac GS size is 22.5mm but no heartbeat i had a slight bleeding its light brown and yellowish color for that they gave Mox 500now i am not bleeding is this normal?

At gestation sac diameter of 22.4 the size of embryo is expected to be around 4 mm and cardiac activity is expected. Mox 500 is an antibiotic. But the outcome of your pregnancy is determined by your nutritional status and hormonal balances.
Next Steps
Get fasting sugar, TSH and FT4 vitamin D , CBC and blood group, urine ME done. Corrections of the problems is desired. Progesterone support with oral natural micronised brands is desirable. After few days repeat an USG pelvis.
