7weeks pregnancy,no fetal pole seen

Hi my age is 28 years,I did my 7weeks sonography and my doctor confirmed me that there is no fetal pole seen and asked me to repeat sonography after 10 days.Is there any chance of having a fetal pole with heart beat??Am also having PCODS.This is my 2nd pregnancy,which I had a normal delivery before.can anyone suggest me is this due to PCODS?Should I take some treatment before I try to conceive?
