I am a lactating mother of a 1 yr old kid. Its very hard for me to loose weight. Do I hv some hormones associated soociated problem? My breast size is extremely large compared to my other body parts. Its always gets attention, which is an uncomfortable situation for me. Kindly guide me how to shred some fat from my chest area. Precisely I am wearing 38F size.
