Hi. I'm a PCOS patient. I used to be 55 kgs and since 3 years my weight is constantly increasing. I'm 72 kgs now and inspite of diet control my weight doesn't go down much. I really don't have time to work out. My weight and PCOS is not only affecting my look but also my self confidence. Kindly suggest.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
