Problem of under weight
I'm 25 years old and my weight is 43 kg since 5 yrs. please suggest me some tricks to gain weight. I have taken suggestions many times from doctor but there is no benefit. Please suggest me what i should do to gain waeight. Because of under weight i'm facing so many problems in professional life so please suggest me whatever suitAble for me.

Take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
