Hi. I am 5 feet 2 inch woman weighing 67.5 kg
I am trying to lose weight, my nutritionist has asked me to take 81 gram of protein everyday.
I am a vegetarian so she has given me 40 gram whey to be taken everyday and 40 gram from diet.
Whey is nutrabox whey.
Is it a lot of protein?
Or it is fine.?
Please help.

Well if you have consulted a qualified dietician, Im sure she must have calculated your requirement and suggested you accordingly.

There is no such thing as lot of protein, unless you are taking all on your own, also a very important highlighter is when protein consumption is high simultaneously your fibre intake & water intake must be balanced well so you don't feel constipated & your protein is able to metabolise well & absorbed well too as muscle fibres
