There  is no protein supplement to lose weight.  Adapt a healthy lifestyle -Eat balance  diet -Include plenty  of fruit n veggies - Avoid  processed  n junk  food, sugar n refined  carbohydrates .set a routine for meal ,exercise n sleep .

Hello, I suggest you to lose weight the right way by eating balanced meals and exercising regularly instead of opting for meal replacement supplements to avoid nutrient deficiencies. Protein supplement if you want from only weight loss point if not exercising will not help. It is very important to understand that anything in excess even if healthy food not utilized by the body gets stored as fat. You can take protein supplement if the requirement of protein is not met through the diet and before suggesting it we need details of your height and weight to calculate your requirement. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, medical conditions if any, medications, stress, sleep, physical activity, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be helpful - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals and exercise 2. Eat balanced meals and never skip meals 3. Include two fruits throughout the day preferably mid meals 4. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low-fat dairy, non-veg, etc in every meal 5. Exercise daily for 45 minutes mainly aerobic exercises 6. Drink 3 liters of water daily 7. Avoid sweets, sugar, refined flour, processed and packaged foods, refined flour, etc.

If you wish to reduce your weight you need to start with a proper diet and exercise regimen. Just adding proteins won't help if there is no Exercise. Consult me on Practo online consultation
