Protein powder
Hi, I have started working out from last 1 month in gym. Is it safe to take protein powder? My purpose is to get fit and build decent muscles. Don't want to get bulky.

Hello, Protein powder is not the quick fix and it doesn't work if not well supported by the diet. You can consult online for the personalised and structured diet chart.

Hi I Never recommend any protein powder...I believe and know from my experience protein requirement can be meet by the food itself. So kindly meet an expert and get your protein requirement meet by the food itself. Always take food as your first medicine or supplement. Supplements or medicine can harm you in some or other way so kindly do not take them. Always remember it's a body in which you have to live in so take care of it and do not put artificial things for weight loss,do in a healthy manner.

Don’t take any protein powder. Include protein rich food groups in your diet like lean meat , egg white , sprouts & fish. Take your meal in between 2-3 hours. Drink 4 litres water in a day. Do your body analysis and get better results. For more details consult me directly on Practo.
