How to reduce facial fat ? Also I'm Veggie and need a protein rich diet for muscular body. I take whey protein and sufficient paneer. But still not able to reach target of 100gm protein/day. Soya is high in protein but I read in internet that it's allergic. Can I eat soya every day or alternate day ? Is there any risk of allergy?

Hi,
Along with paneer, various dals, beans and lentils are rich sources of proteins. Have plenty of these. Milk is also a good source of proteins. Also have almonds, peanuts, peanut butter for protein. Sprouts are also very good sources of proteins.
