Hi Please don't look for short cuts for health as there isn't any and not good for you in the long run. Take natural plant sources like pulses, sprouts,dal, soya,nuts and seeds.Milk and milk products, eggs, fish are very good sources of protein. Include protein in natural form in all your 3 meals of day Thanks

Hello, For regular consumption of protein one should prefer food sources of protein.  And protein intake needs to be decide by height, weight, physical activity and that much only needs to be taken. Right quantity need to be decided by consulting with Dietician.  For gut health you should have curd, buttermilk on daily basis so will take probiotic on daily basis apart from it you can also have fermented foods like idli, dosa, dhokla etc. Also include lots of veggies on regular basis so that you can consume probiotics.
