Quadriceps muscle is in itself a group of big muscles and basically and exercises is of various types depending on in which position you want .. sitting you can do Straight leg raise , and while lying isometric also. So do online consultation and get knowledge fully about these exercise with physiology .

Start slowly with closed chain. Do squats. Start from lower angles and progress deeper as the lower angle become comfortable. Take stairs.

There are different ways of doing Quadriceps and Hamstring strengthening exercises but it depends on your muscle power which should be assessed by a Physiotherapist. Only with that it is possible to suggest you the exercises.

there are lots of quadriceps strengthening exercises- from basic to advance. depends on you which kind of exercise you want to do
