Doctor, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. On The Recommendations Of Doctor, I Started Walking For 20 Days. Some Veins Of My Right & Left Foot Has Been Swollen For 5-6 Days. The Vein Has No Pain & Discolorations. I'm Also Giving A Picture Of The Affected Veins. Is The Veins Swell Due To Exercise? If The Answer is Yes, Then What Should I Do Now To Reduce The Vein Swelling Quickly? Please Advice Me Doctor. I Will be Ever Grateful To You.

Hello, The swelling that you are referring to in the picture is generally a venous blood pooling in lower limbs and is usually normal, especially after a day's work while moving around, standing or walking for a long time. Reducing salt intake in diet, elevating legs while sleeping or sitting and adding weight training to your workout regime can all help.
