You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello dear, Increase intake of low fat or fat free protein foods like eggs , whey protein, low fat milk and milk products and fish etc. Reduce intake of saturated fat like Dalda , cream, cheese and egg yolk etc. Take only five tea spoons of oil and one spoon of pure per day. Do exercise. For better results do your body composition analysis ( fat mass, lean mass and fat percentage etc) done.

Making a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ tonned milk (300ml) daily Use curd or paneer made up from the tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran oil, saffola, mustard oil in the cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products completely Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid tinned, canned, fried , processed food products Avoid pickles and papad , sour products like vinegar, tamarind , amla etc.
