I've almost become skinny. How can I gain weight I've tried healthy diet and home food but not helping in any way. Please suggest some supplement which i can use without going gym. I don't do drugs. But still I'm losing weight every month even after eating healthy and fresh homemade foods. But I don't feel weak in any way. Neither i get tried easily . Bones are popping out.
