Diabetes can not be cured it can prevented by diet so follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.

U take millets instead of rice/wheat every serving . Eat plenty of vegetables, and greengram sprouts raw . Walk,yoga,exercise for two hrs everyday. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,preserved food,oily foods,nonveg.. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday Include papaya,banana,methiseeds,in ur everyday food. Sleep a minimum of six hrs at night leisurely. Take ur antidiabetic medicines regularly with be proper food.

Hi, In this stage role of diet plays a vital role. To understand what should be your weight, measurement of height is required. Include complex carbohydrates, leafy vegetables, other vegetables and fresh fruits ( some should be restricted) in your diet. Take rice based products once per day with limited quantity. Avoid fast food and junk food. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day. Include exercise in your daily routine. Maintain a proper meal time.
