Regarding sugar use
I use white sugar in tea regularly. I drink 3-4 cup tea in one day. Each cup contains 1-2 small tablespoon sugar. I want to know that is it okay to take sugar free gold tabs instead of white sugar regularly. Or any other good substitute of white sugar as I can't drink milk and tea without sugar.

Please avoid sugar...adding so much sugar up to the tea is adding empty calories to your diet. Limit on tea and u can avoid sugar in tea. Also sugar substitute is also not a good option to be taken.
