Hi , can you please tell me why I am not able to tolerate warm things like garam masala or eggs , either I get pimple on chest or constipation ... please help thanks

Hi this can happen due to any acid reflux or acidity or some kind of indigestion.. and it could happen due to more body heat..also. Include these foods more in your diet that make you cool inside such as buttermilk, sago water, barley water, coconut water, curd rice etc... also include fruits or fruit juices as they will also help you in making your body cool.. and plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day.. and small frequent meals with limited portion sizes..

Hello dear, there could be problem in digestive system as we get reflux by eating some specific foods. Consume ajwain water : boil 1 tsp ajwain in 1 glass water, strain it and consume.

The so called  warm foods intolerance could be due to what we call (as pitta body type  in Ayurveda ),so we can correct  or balance this issue by adding or deleting  appropriate  ingredients  ,cooking methods,combining  it with other foods,
