It's important to make the distinction here that has this been an issue for a while, or is this recent? If you're generally disinterested in sex, that could be simply due to your sexual orientation being asexual - which is totally fine, and there is nothing wrong with it. However, if you've seen a noticeable change in libido (sex drive) then there could be two major reasons for it - either there's an issue with your physical fitness (diet+excercise+alcohol/smoking/drug use); or it's due to psychological distress (stress, anxiety, depression) which is usually the more common reason. Ideally, it's best to first consult a General Physician before talking to specialists, as there may be a lot of different reasons for this. Your GP may also prescribe medication for ED if they feel it's not a major issue - which is, again, fairly common. If you find that it is due to psychological distress, therapy is certainly the best option. Mindfulness based therapy may be especially helpful.
Next Steps
Consult a General Physician.
Health Tips
Don't get too worried. Approaching 30s, men normally do have a change in testosterone levels, and ED is a common side effect of it. Most likely, you'll just need a bit of change in your lifestyle and a bit of psychotherapy - and it should be okay. But, first and foremost, get it cleared by a GP.

Hello! Going through your concern I would suggest you to consult a urologist first. It's better to rule out  biological cause,if any. Poor errection can be due to anticipatory performance anxiety which can be worked on.
Next Steps
kindly Consult a urologist first. Rule out the main concern and further seek psychological counseling for the matter in hand.
