Right thigh fracture
I had a very serious right tight bone fracture last year march. A titanium rod was placed n the fracture was corrected. Duing menstrual cycle, i gained weight and this put a load on my thigh bone and subsequently on the rod. So the screws holding the rod broke and i had another operation to fix it. Can you suggest ways to control weight and further course of action for recovery
