I am 29 years old 7 weeks pregnant What is the risk of dropping the baby at this stage. I have high thyroid levels with TSH 9 and border level cholesterols

You need to start medication for thyroid immediately as high TSH level not only causes miscarriage but also affects the mental health of the baby. Also you should get a sonography done

If you are asking the chance of  spontaneous abortion in case you continue , then no issues n continuing pregnancy..you just hv to control ur TSH and cholesterol.
