Round belly on my stomach
Due to heavy weghit , i am getting tied very fast, and i am not able to run or walk for longer distance.. i like to reduce my weghit. pls suggest me the solution.

You keep yourself properly hydrated,before after n while running. Have nutritious food before going for run. Include fruits n veggies in your daily diet, include green tea.
