Sabja/ tulsi seeds are great for constipation, reducing body heat, improve digestion and help with weight loss.
It is a good addition to the diet specially in summer!
Take it after soaking in water for 20 minutes- to allow them to swell up. Can add in juice, buttermilk, lemon water or with cut fruits.
