Sabja  izbarbari sanskrit name,ocimum bascilicum . The seeds contain minerals espescially magnesium which is very important for bones and muscle strength. One to two tsf in a glass of water had enough mineral content to stabilise blood sugar,control weight,blood pressure contain fibre to relieve constipation.

Hello, Sabja seeds is good for health as it is rich in omega 3 fatty acids. It is also full of fiber. You have to soak 1 tablespoon sabja seeds in water and drink it every day. You can also mix soaked sabia seeds with yogurt.

Hi Yes sabja seeds can be taken it has lot of health benefits. One spoon soaked in water which you avn use with fruit  detox water etc. But what you eat whole day is equally important because there is no wonder food. Need more information about your lifestyle and eating pattern to help you better.

Hi! Sabja/ tulsi seeds are great for constipation, reducing body heat, improve digestion and help with weight loss. It is a good addition to the diet specially in summer! Take it after soaking in water for 20 minutes- to allow them to swell up. Can add in juice, buttermilk, lemon water or with cut fruits. 2 teaspoons of soaked seeds can be taken daily with out any worry- there are no serious side effects.
