Can we consume grapes and meat during pregnancy. Does it result in miscarriage.heard a myth about meat it produces lots of body heat which is dangerous.is it true.

Hi Always go for small frequent meals and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Keep you self hydrated. Include natural fruit juice. Avoid high concentration sugar drinks . Have soaked nuts . If you want the proper guidance in future contact me
