Sciatica suspension
Hi doctors, I am suffering from severe lower back pain and that stretches along the left leg till end. I'm suspecting sciatica. Can I know how to get relief on that any medicine for this.

U need to release ur muscles of back n hip n nerve sliding so go to the manual Physiotherapist who can help u in getting relief from pain and also start strengthening exercises

Get it done your assessment first from physiotherapist & Do some basic stretching of hamstring ,Calf ,lower back ,and piriformis And also do hot formentation

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
