I have recently joined gym without personal trainer. want to know as i am a married woman without any child, what would be the best diet for me? and i am a working too.

Hi, Please go for a healthy balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Also add two glasses of milk to your diet. have lots of water. And avoid junk as much as you can. Snack on nuts...avoid skipping of meals.
