I do understand how stress and anxiety may seem like it's crippling your life. Things that seemed so easy may be leaving you exhausted now when your panic button is constantly on. And when that happens it does impact your wellbeing physically, mentally, socially and every other aspect of your life. Counselling and psychotherapy is a tool that can help you build more self awareness in a safe space and at the same time help you to build new skills that can accelerate your wellness.
As a coach or therapist I work mostly with millennials and genz ( 14-40 years) . I prefer to use an approach that is best suited for the client which is usually a combo of positive psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, client centered etc.
Therapy is just 10 percent work and 90 percent is how you apply it to your life. So I'm always available for support in between when life happens. My goal is to help you achieve results so you can get back on track and live your life without needing any therapy.
And for the same reason, as much as counselling would provide you emotional support, my goal is to help you get results without having to spend ages in therapy.
