I am suffering from some kind of depression and anxiety, I started drinking a lot, more than 3 times a week, having relationship issues and also have alopecia totalis, which has changed the way I look and feel, which is making me feel more depressed, as people have stopped recognising me, what treatment should I go through. Also had a problem with lots of friends, cause the way I look, i was humiliated and mocked at because of some relationship issues.

Adapt a healthy life style, do exercise or meditation or yoga on regular basis that will take care of ur depression and anxiety. About drinking start working on day to day basis that i won't drink today and don't do it that day and even be away from those company that will lead you to having a drink. About your alopecia you have to accept it or go for some wig or hair transplant bit i would prefer accept it and about your issues with family and friend sort it out talk it out with them this might help. Please try these measures if it does not work then you need to visit a doctor.
