Severe back pain
Sir, I am suffering from back pain from 15 year.last year I had a baby though c section from the time my back pain has increased kindly advise what treatment should I go for

Thanks for asking me to respond. It soars to me that you may be suffering from a disc problem that is leading to increase in pain from the back. It may not be related to the cesarean section. In order to determine if you have a disc problem, you will need an MRI to be done. Consult an ortho surgeon who can help you get one done. He will also prescribe meds to relieve the pain. I cannot prescribe meds as Practo prohibits me from doing so. You also need to do stretching and strengthening exercises so that the muscles can support the spine. A good physio can help you with this. Good luck!
